2020 AGM Notice and Nomination

Date: Saturday 4th July 2020 2pm

Location: Runaway Bay Clubhouse

See below for details regarding our Annual General Meeting. All new and existing members along with parents and supporters are most welcome and encouraged to attend.

All positions will become open, any financial member wanting to nominate for a position must do so via email to secretary@dolphinsbaseball.com before 2nd July 2020.

If there is no written nomination received prior to the AGM, nominations may be taken from the floor.

If there is more than 1 written nomination received for a position, the appointment to the position will be determined by a vote of members present at the meeting by a show of hands or, if required a secret ballot.

Due to COVID restrictions in place we need to be mindful of social distancing as this will impact and limit the amount of people we can physically have present at the meeting. To ensure we do not breach the current COVID restrictions we require anyone, including nominated members to express there ‘intent to attend’ via email to: secretary@dolphinsbaseball.com by 2nd July 2020.

NB: Under the Club’s constitution, any members who are financial and who are not minors are eligible to vote. This entitlement extends to and includes all current financial adult players, and all parents of registered and financial junior players.
